Two quiet accounts.
One family business.
A month that moved.

Marvelous runs a homestay and a tour company out of one family compound near Ha My beach. Great product, invisible online. We took over both brands and built a daily content engine. The first month: 2 to 5x per-post performance, all organic, and the first booking inquiries arriving straight from the posts.

02Where They Started

A real business the internet couldn't see.

Two brands shared one identity and no plan. Posting happened once or twice a week, when it happened, and it was almost entirely thank-you photos of departing guests. Warm, but invisible: those posts reached the guests being tagged and nobody else.

The Facebook page's existing videos had 18 and 30 lifetime views. Meanwhile the actual product was the strongest thing we'd seen in the region: a family that takes guests to a working blacksmith's forge, a lake with no restaurant in sight, and a local night nobody's allowed to explain.

The content wasn't the problem. It didn't exist yet.

03What We Built

Two accounts, two jobs, one voice.

Positioning

The hidden-local angle. Every operator sells Marble Mountains. Only this family can sell "the party we're not allowed to explain." We made access the product, and the data agreed: the generic landmark post was the month's weakest performer; the secret-local reels were among the best.

Structure

Split the brands. The homestay account sells the stay: rooms, the quiet lane, the family. The tours account sells the adventure, with the owner-driver as the local guide. Each post cross-feeds the other.

Cadence

A post every weekday, both brands, planned in a content calendar, scheduled ahead through Meta Business Suite. 17 pieces of content shipped in the final week alone.

Format

Video first. Our first metrics read showed reels doing 3x the views and 5 to 6x the reach of photos, and reaching non-followers where photos only hit existing fans. The plan shifted the same week.

Assets

Their real life, professionally edited. No stock, no AI imagery. We built a shared library system with the family, cut their footage, and wrote captions in one consistent voice.

System

An engine, not a person posting. Airtable calendar, brief-to-caption workflow, a shared intake folder the family could feed. Built to hand over.

04The Work

05What The Client Said

"Hey we just had a few people connect with us directly because of your posts. First few actually."
